Understanding SSL Certificates and HTTPS
SSL certificates help keep your website secure by encrypting information exchanged between your website and its visitors.
All our web hosting packages include free SSL certificates, which are automatically managed through our hosting platform.
When you visit a website, you'll usually notice that its address begins with https:// rather than http://.
HTTPS means the connection between your browser and the website is encrypted, helping to protect information such as passwords, contact form submissions and other personal details.
A valid SSL certificate enables this encrypted connection.
Yes! We provide free SSL certificates through Let's Encrypt, which are automatically issued and renewed by our hosting platform.
In most cases, there's nothing you need to configure or renew manually.
For automatic SSL to work correctly, your domain must be pointing to the correct hosting serve
There are several reasons why your browser might display a message such as "Not Secure" or "Your connection is not private".
Common causes include:
Incorrect DNS settings: Your domain isn't pointing to the correct hosting server.
Recent DNS changes: Your domain has recently been connected or transferred, and the changes haven't fully taken effect.
SSL certificate problems: Your certificate hasn't been issued or renewed successfully.
Mixed content: Your website uses HTTPS but still loads some images, scripts or other resources over HTTP.
