How to Upload Files to Your Website
You can upload and manage your website files directly through our hosting control panel or by using an FTP application.
This guide explains both methods.
The File Manager is the easiest way to upload files without installing additional software.
- 1
Sign in to our hosting control panel.
- 2
Select Websites and open the website you want to manage
- 3
Open File Manager.
- 4
Navigate to the folder where you want to upload your files.
- 5
Use the Upload option to select files from your computer.
- 6
Wait for the upload to complete.
Important: Be careful when replacing or deleting existing files, as this could affect your website. We recommend creating a backup before making significant changes.
If you regularly upload files or need to transfer larger amounts of data, you may prefer an application such as FileZilla or WinSCP.
- 1
Open your website in the hosting control panel.
- 2
Click Advanced then FTP
- 3
Create or locate your file transfer account.
- 4
Open your preferred FTP application.
- 5
Enter the connection details provided by the control panel.
- 6
Connect and upload your files to the appropriate directory.
If your website uses WordPress, you usually won't need the hosting File Manager to upload images or documents.
Instead:
- 1
Sign in to your WordPress dashboard.
- 2
Open Media → Add New Media File.
- 3
Select the files you want to upload.
WordPress will automatically add them to your media library.
